Timberwolves Players to Participate in Book Mobile Visit Tuesday

What:  The Minnesota Timberwolves Book Mobile is bringing along two players for its next stop in the Twin Cities. During the Book Mobile stop, the players will interact with 75 elementary students and help them each pick out a book to take home.

Info: The Book Mobile supports the Minnesota Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation’s longstanding Read to Achieve program by traveling to Twin Cities area schools to donate books and provide students with incentives to read at home. During March, the Foundation holds its Read to Achieve month, presented by ViaWest, that focuses on helping young people develop a lifelong love for reading. Over the past 12 Wolves seasons, students from more than 1,500 schools across Minnesota have read more than 13 million pages through the program.
